Training that scales with your brand — not against it

Large organizations don't fail training for lack of content. They fail when modules look generic, drift off-brand, can't update when policy changes, or stall in legal and creative review. Animation fixes the production math: one system, many modules, updateable scenes, consistent tone across markets.

Built for

  • L&D / Learning Experience teams shipping multi-module curricula
  • Internal creative or video teams who need a serious overflow partner
  • HR, Ethics & Compliance needing brand-safe policy content
  • Global programs that require language versions

Not the focus of this page

  • One-off marketing explainers → Explainer videos
  • Template/AI-only high-volume drafts without brand systems

A training system, not a pile of videos

Brand system first

Shared characters, environments, and motion rules designed once — then applied across the curriculum so module 12 matches module 1.

Series production

Parallelized workflows after style lock. Built for calendars that need more than a single hero video.

Review-ready process

Script → style → storyboard → final gates that work for L&D, brand, and legal — consolidated feedback, not chaos.

Updateable assets

Policy change? Edit scenes and re-render. You are not rebooking talent and locations.

Proof at enterprise volume

Global corporate training series

30+ modules. One character system. Under six months.

Sephora needed animated training for a global workforce across topics including Diversity & Inclusion, privacy, and HR — with strict brand guidelines and multi-language versions. Sharp Eye built a reusable visual system and produced 30+ modules without live-action reshoot risk.

"Working with Sharp Eye Animation was a breeze. Our first project was in 2021 and [Sephora] has not stopped working with them since." — F. Melara, Video Producer, Sephora

How most teams start

Don't buy a 40-video program on day one. Many teams begin with a fixed-scope 2–3 module pilot — enough to prove craft, process, and stakeholder fit — then expand with series pricing. Single modules are fine too when the need is narrow.

What a typical pilot includes

Modules
2–3 custom animated training videos
Runtime
Typically 2–4 minutes each (scoped at kickoff)
Brand system
Shared style / characters for the pilot set
Script
Develop or polish with your SME / instructional designer
Voice
One professional VO language (default)
Revisions
Unlimited at agreed stages
Captions
English caption/subtitle file per module
Delivery
Master + LMS-friendly exports as specified
Timeline
~6–8 weeks from kickoff + locked inputs (project-dependent)

Success metric (pick one at kickoff)

Completion rate · Quiz pass rate · Time-to-complete vs prior module · Brand/legal approval efficiency · Learner feedback score

Investment

Scoped after a 30-minute discovery call. Typical enterprise pilots land in a mid five-figure range for 2–3 modules — confirmed in a written estimate. Series and retainers reduce per-module cost after the system exists.

Built for multi-stakeholder review

  1. Discovery — Goals, audience, LMS, brand, languages, success metric, approvers
  2. System design — Style frames / characters / VO — lock once
  3. Script gates — SME accuracy + L&D learning goals; legal language as you provide
  4. Storyboard — Visual approval before full animation cost is sunk
  5. Production — Animation, sound, captions
  6. Final + handoff — Exports, files as contracted, retrospective → expand
  • One consolidated feedback channel per stage (you nominate a primary approver)
  • Unlimited revisions within approved direction; scope restarts = change order
  • NDA available before sensitive scripts

Where AI fits — and where custom wins

Use AI / templates when

  • High-volume draft or refresh
  • Internal speed experiments
  • Placeholder characters are fine

Use Sharp Eye when

  • Flagship culture, compliance, brand moments
  • External brand or regulated tone must be exact
  • Character system must feel like your company

Many enterprise teams use both. We build the modules that define the program; your stack can handle bulk where sameness is acceptable.

Engagement path

What we provide on request

  • W-9
  • Certificate of insurance
  • Vendor portal registration
  • Standard MSA redlines or signature on Client paper
  • Security / data-handling questionnaire responses (honest scope: production studio, not SaaS multi-tenant platform)

IP & files

Final videos owned by Client upon full payment per SOW. Working files scoped explicitly. No portfolio use without written approval when Client requires it.

Accessibility

Caption/subtitle files standard. For WCAG / Section 508-driven programs, we align design and export choices with your accessibility lead in discovery.

Capacity

Focused studio — senior attention and clear capacity planning. Annual retainers reserve production bandwidth for your calendar.

FAQ

Can you work with our instructional designer or agency?

Yes. We often plug in as production partner while your ID owns learning design.

Do you only do animation?

Custom animation is the core. We don't replace your LMS build; we deliver video assets that drop into your stack.

How do updates work in year two?

Policy or product changes are typically scene-level edits on the existing system — far cheaper than live-action reshoots. Scoped as update sprints or retainer hours.

We're evaluating Synthesia / Vyond / in-house.

Good for volume and drafts. This page is for flagship, brand-true, multi-module programs where generic characters undermine the message.

Can we start with one video?

Yes. Single modules are always available. Many teams choose a 2–3 module pilot when they're building toward a series — it locks the look so everything after is faster and more efficient. We'll recommend what fits after a short conversation.

What about explainers / marketing videos?

Same studio, different path: Animated explainer videos.
