Yes, really. Even after the video is paid in full, unlimited revisions are provided at no charge. If your logo, text, or any illustrations within the animation needs changing, we do it for free. It's only when previously-approved steps in the production process need revising when additional fees may be incurred. See our Unlimited Revisions page for more.

It typically takes about 2-3 weeks to produce a 1-2 minute video. This varies, however, based on the amount of revisions needed, as well as how quickly a client responds to our updates. More info on turnaround times here.

We have a "pay as you go" payment system that ensures a client only pays if they like our work. We take payments in 50% increments and won't take the final payment until the client is completely satisfied.

In other words, if a client isn't completely happy, we keep revising the video until they are. This is something that separates us from the rest, as most other video production companies allow only a couple rounds of revisions.
